Returns & Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for return & exchange, items must be:

  1. We shipped the wrong item or wrong size.
  • If our team shipped you the wrong item, we will exchange it to your original order.
  • We do not have a refund policy – only returns and exchange.

2. Proven factory defect (this will be under investigation and we will require proof of defect, photos and videos)

  • A product exchange for a PROVEN FACTORY DEFECT item will be SAME ITEM, COLOR & SIZE. This is to ensure that the customer did not purposely damage the item just to exchange it to a different SIZE or ITEM.

Notes:

    1. We only accept returns for full-priced items (non-sale items).
    2. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it with tags, and in its original packaging.
    3. Please make sure all items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered.
    4. Free from make up, spray tan or fake tan.
    5. Free from any scent of deodorant, perfume or washing powder.
    6. We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items. Sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

You are not eligible for return if:

1.) Buyer ordered the wrong size

  • As most of our products are on a pre-order basis we can’t support returns and exchanges due to wrong sizes ordered.
  • Do not just buy your usual size. We highly suggest to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the product page. These measurements are measured when the garment is laid flat. (Note: Please expect +/-2 due to manual measurement.)
  • Size guides per item are different. Some pieces are based on asian sizes and some are based on international sizing.

2.) Buyer didn’t like the fit of the item

3.) Buyer purchased a SALE or PROMOTIONAL item

4.) Buyer used a discount voucher on purchase.

5.) For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer an exchange in swimwear & undergarments

Important: Please take care when trying on clothes not to damage or stain them. If your return does not meet the above criteria it will be sent back to you.

Return Process

  1. Fill out our RETURN & EXCHANGE FORM.
  2. Our team will get back to you within 1-2 business days and will notify you if your return is accepted or not.
  3. Once your return has been approved, a return and exchange document will be sent to your email for signature.
  4. Returned items without the approval and the signed return & exchange document will not be accepted.
  5. All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.
  6. Shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.
  7. New shipping fees will be shouldered by the BUYER.

Exchange Process

Exchanges

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be sent an exchange form via email to fill out.

Exchange time-frame:

For exchange items, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to inspect and check and process the solution.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Note on size dimensions: We have provided measurements in the description of each product/s. Thus, we don’t accept this as a reason for return or exchange.
