Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we are unable to process an exchange.

Eligible for Returns & Exchanges:

1. We shipped an Incorrect Item or Size:
If we accidentally shipped the wrong item, wrong size, or an incorrect variant (e.g., wrong color or style), we will gladly exchange it for the correct one.

Please Note: We do not offer refunds, only returns and exchanges for incorrect shipments. All exchanges will be made for the exact item as originally ordered.

2. Proven Factory Defect:
If you believe the item has a factory defect, we will accept a return and exchange for the same item, size, and color, provided that the defect is verifiable.

  • Verification of Defect: To ensure a smooth return, we will require proof of defect, including photos or videos of the defect.
  • Important  The exchange will only be for the same item, size, and color as the original order to prevent abuse of the policy, ensuring that the item wasn’t intentionally damaged to request a different product or size.

Important Notes:

  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn, unwashed, and unmodified. The item must still have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.
  • No Cosmetic or Wear Marks: Ensure the item is free from makeup stains, fake tan, deodorant, perfume, or washing powder marks, as these will disqualify it from being returned or exchanged.
  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with any included accessories (e.g., belts, buttons, extra parts). This helps ensure the item is returned in a resaleable condition.

Not Eligible For Returns and Exchanges:

You cannot return or exchange an item under the following circumstances:

1. Incorrect Size Ordered:
Due to the pre-order nature of many of our products, we cannot support returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes. Please double-check your size using our size charts on the product page.

  • Size Charts: Our size charts list the dimensions of the garments when laid flat. We recommend measuring a similar item from your own wardrobe to ensure the best fit. Be aware that there could be a slight variance of +/- 2 cm due to manual measurement.
  • Sizing Variances: Keep in mind that sizing may differ depending on whether the product follows Asian sizing or international sizing. Each product page has the relevant size guide, so please refer to it before purchasing.

2. Dislike of Fit:
If you’ve received an item but simply don’t like how it fits (even if the size is correct), we cannot accept a return or exchange. Please take extra care when checking your measurements to avoid this situation.

3. Sale or Promotional Items:
All items purchased on sale or as part of promotions are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This includes items purchased with a discount voucher or as part of a clearance sale.

4. Discount Voucher Use:
If you used a discount voucher, coupon, or promotional code on your purchase, the item(s) are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Hygiene Products:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear, underwear, or intimate apparel. These items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.

Return Process

1. Complete the Return & Exchange Form
Begin by filling out our Return & Exchange Form accurately. This form is essential to process your return request. Provide all necessary details about the item(s) you’re returning, including your order number, item description, and reason for return or exchange. This will help our team assess your case quickly.

2. Wait for Our Response
Once we receive your completed form, our dedicated team will review it and respond to you within 1-2 business days. During this time, we will assess your request based on the conditions outlined in our return policy. You will receive a notification via email informing you whether your return or exchange has been approved or declined.

3. Return Approval and Documentation
If your return request is approved, we will send you a Return & Exchange Document via email. This document must be signed before you proceed with the return. Please ensure that all fields are completed accurately. The signed document serves as confirmation of your approval and outlines the necessary steps for returning your item.
Important: Please note that any returned items received without the signed Return & Exchange Document, or those that have not been approved, will not be accepted.

4. Condition of the Items
All returned items must meet the following conditions in order to be eligible for return or exchange:

  • The items must be brand new, unused, and unworn.
  • The items must not be washed or altered in any way.
  • The original tags and packaging must be intact and included with the return.

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted, and the items will be sent back to you at your expense.

5. Shipping Fees

    • Return Shipping Costs: The shipping fees for returning an item will be the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for choosing a return shipping method that provides tracking and insurance if needed.
    • Original Shipping Fees: Please note that the original shipping charges incurred when you initially placed your order are non-refundable, even if your return is accepted.
    • New Shipping Fees: If your return is approved and you are eligible for an exchange, the cost of shipping the new item will also be your responsibility.

We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to avoid potential issues. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.

Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your exchange request. 

Exchange Timeframe:

After we receive your returned item(s), please allow 4-7 business days for us to inspect and process your exchange request. This time frame ensures we thoroughly evaluate the return and provide an appropriate solution.

Return Shipping Costs:

Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning an item. These shipping costs are non-refundable, even if the exchange is approved.

Important Note on Size and Dimensions:

We have provided detailed measurements for each product in their respective descriptions. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges based solely on size or fit issues. Please review the product measurements carefully before making a purchase.
