Do you have a physical store?
We do not have a physical store because most of our items are offered as pre-orders.
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to place an order for an item before it’s officially available for shipping. Pre-order processing typically takes 10-14 business days, after which your order will be shipped. For more details, please refer here.
Can I request a rush on pre-orders?
We’re generally unable to offer rush processing on pre-orders. While they often ship out earlier than the estimated processing times, we recommend using our standard shipping estimates as a guide to set accurate expectations.
How fast do you ship on hand pieces?
We typically process and forward your parcel to the local courier within 1–3 business days after payment is received and validated. From there, delivery times may vary depending on your location. For estimated delivery timelines after ship out, please review here.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we do offer lalamove pick up for on hand pieces only. However, please contact us directly before placing your order, as this service is not available through the website.

Where do you source your products?
Our products are primarily sourced from China, with carefully curated selections from Vietnam and a few unique pieces from Thailand.
Are your products locally made?
No, our products are not locally made. We source our items from trusted suppliers and manufacturers to bring you high-quality, stylish pieces.
Do you customize colors or sizes?
No, we do not offer customization for colors or sizes. Our products are available in the sizes and colors listed on the website. Please refer to our size guide for detailed measurements to help you find the best fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, however, this website currently only accepts manual payments such as bank deposits or g cash. If you wish to pay via credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal please order via our other website bycamilla.co
Will I be charged immediately for a pre-order?
Yes, when you place a pre-order, a full payment is needed for us to process your order.
Is the free shipping promo applicable to Lalamove pick-up orders?
No, the free shipping promotion only applies to standard shipping through regular courier. If you choose Lalamove for pick-up, the delivery cost will be your responsibility.
Can I combine pre-order items with in-stock items in one order?
Yes, however, we recommend placing separate orders if you’d like to receive in-stock items sooner. Pre-order items will ship once they are available, which may delay the entire order if combined with in-stock products as they will be shipped altogether.
Why was my order divided into two or more packages?
Your order exceeds the standard weight limit due to the number of items included. In such cases, we may split your order into multiple packages to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
How do I know which size to order?
We provide detailed sizing charts on each product page that you can check for reference. However, take note that all measurements are manually measured and may be off by 1-2cm.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, we currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship to locations within the Philippines.
