- Regular Deliveries (Luzon, Visayas, & Mindanao) will be shipped via FLASH EXPRESS.
- Deliveries to Island Provinces will be shipped via LBC Express (subject to change based on availability).

Will my PRE-ORDER item arrive on or before a specific date?
Please be advised that we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery date for PRE-ORDER items. While we strive to provide estimated delivery timelines, various factors may influence the actual arrival date. Import process includes international shipping logistics, customs clearance processes, and local delivery conditions, all of which can vary. Unfortunately, these factors are beyond our control, and as such, the delivery time may change.
PROCESSING TIME
ON HAND ITEMS
On-hand items are typically processed within 1-3 business days following payment confirmation. Our goal is to ship your order within 1-3 business days after payment (excluding Sundays and holidays).
ON HAND ITEMS WITH A SPECIFIED ARRIVAL DATE
If an on-hand item is noted to arrive on a specific date (e.g., “Arriving July 6”), please note that it will be shipped 1-2 business days after the specified arrival date.
For example, if the arrival date is July 6, the item will likely be shipped on July 7 or 8 (estimated).
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
For pre-order items, the processing time is generally between 10 to 14 business days (weekends and holidays are excluded from the count).
Processing begins from the moment you receive the processing email, which is typically sent within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
Please note that the 10-14 business days processing time is an estimated duration. While we aim to meet this timeframe, international shipping and other external factors may cause the arrival of your item to be either earlier or later than expected.
How can I identify if my order is a PRE-ORDER item?
Pre-order items are clearly marked with “PRE-ORDER” in the product title.
Important Notes:
The Processing Time refers to the period from payment confirmation to the actual dispatch of your order. Please be aware that Processing Time is distinct from Delivery Time, which refers to the time it takes for your order to be delivered after it has been dispatched.

Note: Please note that the carrier takes 1–2 business days to register your shipment status after pick-up/ship out, so we recommend allowing 48 hours for the tracking details to be processed and updated.

Please note: For island provinces and remote control areas parcel deliveries could take up to 7 working days or longer.

- Please be advised that shipping times may be impacted by public holidays or adverse weather conditions, as couriers may limit their operations during these periods. Unfortunately, these situations are beyond our control. Normal service will resume immediately after each holiday.
- To avoid delays or potential holds on your parcel, please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for any package loss or delays caused by an incomplete or incorrect address.
- While we strive to provide accurate estimates, please note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. For reference, please refer to our estimated processing time in combination with the estimated delivery time.
- Since Flash Express and LBC are third-party courier providers, we are not liable for any delays, damages, or loss that may occur during the shipping process. However, rest assured that we will assist you in tracking and following up on your parcel.

Parcel Holds, Delays, Loss, Stolen Packages
At By Camilla, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers. However, unforeseen events such as delays, lost or stolen packages may occur during the shipping process. To ensure clarity and transparency regarding our policies, please review the following guidelines related to lost or stolen packages.
Liability and Responsibility:
By Camilla shall not be held liable for any lost, stolen, or for any delays caused by the actions or defaults of the shipping carrier.
Our responsibility extends only until orders leave our warehouse facility. Once tracking information is provided, the safe delivery of goods is the shared responsibility of the shipping company and the customer. Replacement order costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- A tracking slip email together with the tracking number is sent to you upon ship out. You can directly track it on the courier’s website for accuracy and complete details – TRACK HERE .
- Once parcel is OUT FOR DELIVERY, the tracking details will be updated on the courier’s website together with the mobile number of the rider assigned for your parcel. Feel free to contact him should you need to provide any additional instructions.
- You will be notified automatically via email when parcel is in transit, out for delivery, delivered or failed delivery. This is a system generated message and may have a 2-3 hour delay.
- All tracking details for real time tracking should be tracked directly via FLASH EXPRESS TRACKING PAGE.
Shipping Address Accuracy:
Customers are required to provide accurate and complete shipping addresses when placing orders.
By Camilla Studio will not be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses OR insufficient addresses provided by the customer and does not offer refunds in these cases.
