FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION:
If I order a PRE-ORDER item would it arrive on or before a certain date?
Please note that we cannot guarantee exact delivery date for PRE-ORDERS. We can only give estimates. Factors such as international logistics, custom clearances and local delivery vary from time to time and is something that we do not have control over.
PROCESSING TIME
ON HAND PIECES – They are generally processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Ideally, we ship within 1-3 days after payment day (not including Sundays and Holidays)
ON HAND PIECES THAT STATES ARRIVING ON A CERTAIN DATE – if a piece is stated to arrive on a certain date (eg. Arriving July 6) this will be shipped out 1-2 business days after stated arrival date.
Example:
Arriving July 6 – it is expected to be shipped July 7 or 8 (estimated)
PRE-ORDER PIECES – The processing time is around 10 to 14 business days. (weekends and holidays are not included in the count)
- The counting of the processing time starts on the date you received your processing email and is usually within 24 hours after the team has confirmed your payment.
- Please take note that the 10 to 14 business days PROCESSING TIME is an ESTIMATED TIME only. This means our BOXES coming abroad might arrive earlier or later than usual.
How will I know if my order is a PRE-ORDER item? – There is a PRE-ORDER indicated on the product title.
Important Notes:
- The Item PROCESSING TIME is the time from confirming your payment to physically dispatching your order. This means the DELIVERY TIME is different from the PROCESSING TIME.

Note: Please note that the carrier takes 1–2 business days to register your shipment status after pick-up/ship out, so we recommend allowing 48 hours for the tracking details to be processed and updated.

Please note: For island provinces and remote control areas parcel deliveries could take up to 7 working days or longer.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Shipping times will be affected during public holidays and bad weather conditions; couriers will limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
- Please ensure you submitted a correct and complete address to avoid parcel holds & delays. We will not be held liable for package loss due to an incomplete address.
- We cannot guarantee exact delivery date, please refer to our estimated processing time + estimated delivery time estimates for reference.
- Flash Express and LBC couriers are a third party provider, we are not held liable to any delays for the parcel deliveries & any loss during the shipment. Rest assured, we will help you in following up the packages.

Parcel Holds, Delays, Loss, Stolen Packages
At By Camilla, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers. However, unforeseen events such as delays, lost or stolen packages may occur during the shipping process. To ensure clarity and transparency regarding our policies, please review the following guidelines related to lost or stolen packages.
Liability and Responsibility:
By Camilla shall not be held liable for any lost, stolen, or for any delays caused by the actions or defaults of the shipping carrier.
Our responsibility extends only until orders leave our warehouse facility. Once tracking information is provided, the safe delivery of goods is the shared responsibility of the shipping company and the customer. Replacement order costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- A tracking slip email together with the tracking number is sent to you upon ship out. You can directly track it on the courier’s website for accuracy and complete details – TRACK HERE .
- Once parcel is OUT FOR DELIVERY, the tracking details will be updated on the courier’s website together with the mobile number of the rider assigned for your parcel. Feel free to contact him should you need to provide any additional instructions.
- You will be notified automatically via email when parcel is in transit, out for delivery, delivered or failed delivery. This is a system generated message and may have a 2-3 hour delay.
- All tracking details for real time tracking should be tracked directly via FLASH EXPRESS TRACKING PAGE.
Shipping Address Accuracy:
Customers are required to provide accurate and complete shipping addresses when placing orders.
By Camilla Studio will not be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses OR insufficient addresses provided by the customer and does not offer refunds in these cases.
